Clark Ortiz has dedicated over 40 years to ministry, with a focus on building the Five-Fold Ministry as outlined in Ephesians 4:11.  A proactive and motivated leader,

Clark has made significant contributions in television, cable, satellite, sales, social networking, and online marketing, using his expertise to increase efficiency, profitability, and business opportunities.  As a professional influencer and consistent innovator, he brings a dynamic approach to ministry, public speaking, and life coaching.

Today, Pastor Clark leads Center Church in Pharr, Texas, where he continues to impact lives and foster spiritual growth and development to ministry leadership.

Our mission is to develop and equip passionate believers to fulfill the Great Commission by building effective ministries where they are planted.  Through biblically grounded coaching, modern technologies, and proven strategies, we empower Kingdom leaders to make disciples, teach God’s commands, and grow thriving ministries in their communities—confident in Christ’s promise: “I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

We use a 360-degree approach to equip and launch Kingdom leaders into effective ministry—right where God has planted them.  Our method combines biblical teaching with modern technology, providing coaching, digital tools, website development, mobile communication systems, and social media strategies.

We also support live ministry through conferences, revivals, and community engagement.  Every step is designed to help individuals build their ministry, develop a strong team, and grow into the full expression of the fivefold ministry as outlined in Ephesians 4:11.
